Since we were leaving the next day, we didnt want to go too far, so decided to check out the botanical gardens and then punt on the Avon later on. It started to drizzle a bit in the afternoon, so we thought we would go back to our room and return in the evening, we got back to the garden at 6pm bang on time when the punts close. Why would you close when the sun is still out? Beautiful trees and flowers in the garden. Later on we went for a walk in Hagley Park.
